Directions to the Trial Site

From the Duke Point Ferry Terminal follow Hwy 19 and at the intersection turn right and follow the direction of Campbell River. Stay in the right hand lane and this will bring you up and over the old Hwy onto the Nanaimo Bypass. Keep on the bypass until you reach Northfield Rd (3rd set of traffic lights) and exit. Keep going to the next set of traffic lights and turn left. Immediately get into the right hand lane and enter Beban Park. The Centennial building is on your left. The Agriplex building is behind the small red barns, to the left of the golf course/lawn bowling area.

From the Departure Bay Ferry Terminal go the first set of traffic lights and turn right. The road goes uphill for about 1.6kms (1 mile) and levels out at the top at the traffic lights. Go through this traffic light to the next set and you must turn right (no choice). This is the Old Island Hwy 19a. Keep going until you see a golf course on your right hand side and at the next traffic light turn left onto Bowen Road. Keep going and pass the next set of traffic lights and get into the left hand lane. Turn into Beban Park and follow the road. You will see sports fields on your left. The Agriplex building is on your left after the sports fields and the Centennial building is on your right a little further down the road.
